More
and more of our patients have dental insurance and many
of the policies differ in benefits. At times, it is challenging
to accurately estimate our patient's insurance co-payment.
Many insurance companies will not give out fees until
after the treatment is completed. Please keep us informed
of any changes. It is important that all information about
you and your insurance be current.
As a courtesy to our patients, our Insurance Coordinator
will assist you in obtaining benefits for all services
delivered, we will file your insurance claims for you.
In the event the insurance company should request additional
information or x-rays to process your dental claim, it
will be our pleasure to provide them the information needed.
Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due
will be billed to you. If you have deposited an excessive
co-payment, it will be refunded to you. A request to our
Insurance Coordinator is required if you desire a pre-estimate
of your insurance benefits. Your dental insurance carrier
may pay less than the actual fee for services. Therefore,
all fees incurred are ultimately your responsibility regardless
of insurance benefits.
