Dear
Colleague:
Welcome to the 2005-2006 Study Club year! We look forward
to building on our professional relationship, and improving
the level of care that we jointly render for our patients.
We have organized an exciting educational program for
the 2006-2007 curriculum year, consisting of lectures
and informal treatment planning seminars.
Our schedule of events for the year includes evening meetings
with dinner. Continuing education credits will be obtained
when meetings are attended. Please contact Anne at our
office to confirm your interest in this program. We look
forward to achieving an even closer working relationship
as a result of our Study Club, and hope to see you at
